Insomnia & Our Loose Leaf Tea Collection

I have seen many types of insomnia, such as difficulty falling asleep, or getting up through the night and not being able to fall back asleep. Sometimes it's so difficult to shut off your brain and simply allow yourself get calm into a peaceful night's rest. 

Acupuncture is excellent for insomnia, and we are also proud to introduce a new tea in our very own organic loose leaf tea collection!! This tea is called "Sleep Tight!" This is a caffeine-free tea with a calming blend to encourage better sleep through the night. It is perfect for people that have anxiety before bedtime, have difficulty falling asleep, or are very restless during the night. This tea contains organic chamomile, spearmint, lemon balm, Valerian, lemongrass, passion flowers, and rose petals.
